If you can’t personally allocate time and effort to the sale of your property, or if you’d simply prefer to delegate to a specialized professional, before choosing who, ask them these questions… if they don’t respond in the affirmative, this is not an agent who can sell your house with complete guarantees:

  • Do you work full-time as a property sales professional?
  • Are you going to provide a market analysis to define the best possible market price for the property?
  • Are you going to put in motion a promotion and advertising plan for the sale of the property?
  • Can you provide at all times detailed information on the evolution of the property market in the area where the property is located?
  • Are you part of a team and of an extensive network of professional estate agents?
  • Are you going to share with them the sale of the property in order to sell it as soon as possible and at the best possible price?
  • Are you going to keep an eye on the property in order that it can be shown in the best physical state? Are you going to respond to the visits made to the property?
  • Will you provide information on the progress of the property sale?
  • Have you signed a code of ethics on professional conduct?
  • Do you have training in the legal and economic aspects of estate agency operations, and in general, an estate agency specialized training?
  • Have you had and do you have continuous training in relation with your profession?
  • Have you received any kind of recognition or prize for your success in the development of your profession?
